The EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament developed by Delft University of Technology and the Erasmus Medical Centre, provides effective support when you are at risk of spraining your ankle, and leaving you optimum freedom of movement at the same time. It is also very easy to use. The EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament is designed to be used in virtually every sport.

The EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament is custom-made especially for you, using a 3D scan and a 3D print, ensuring that the EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament is a perfect fitting extension of your body (produced to order according to the precise specifications of the wearer’s body).
With the use of cutting-edge 3D technology to manufacture the EXO-L®. The system can produce a tailor-made EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament for any ankle.

How it works

The EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament is positioned over your Achilles tendon, just above the ankle. It is fastened by strapping it to a special patch on the outside of your shoe. You then simply adjust the EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament as necessary.
No uncomfortable pressure points on your feet: the EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament is attached on the outside of your shoe using a special fastening called a ‘patch’
To use the EXO-L® External Ankle Ligament, an order for new shoes can be palce or have your own shoes fitted with this special patch.
